TO TRANSCRAFT CORPORATION
TOLEDO, Ohio, Dec. 15, 2003 - Dana Corporation (NYSE: DCN) announced today
that its Commercial Vehicle Systems operation has been selected as the standard
and preferred suspension supplier for Transcraft Corporation. Dana will
supply Dana Spicer® RF Series air-ride suspensions for Transcraft's Eagle and Eagle
II flatbed combo trailers.
