The Groves offers world-class space for education, business, research, and technology in a wooded site that preserves the beauty of the natural environment. Nearly one-sixth of the 248-acre park has been designated open space, with walking paths, ponds, and plant and bird sanctuaries. Just outside is immediate access to Interstate 94 - the region's busiest and fastest-growing business corridor. The I-94 interchange, which serves The Groves, was recently expanded to accommodate the area's flourishing commercial/industrial base.

The Groves is anchored by the global research and development facility for Spicer Heavy Axle and Brake, a division of Dana Corporation, Bronson Lifestyle Improvement and Research Center, and the Michigan Technical Education Center (M-TEC). Forty acres have been fully engineered and developed.

Prime space is now available in a variety of configurations at competitive rates.
